Keywords & Content

Refresh tracked keywords, pick a term, and generate an article from the project brand brief. Drafts appear on Generated Pages.

Keywords & Content is the search strategy workspace for the selected project: tracked keywords, page-1 coverage, intent filters, and content ideas. From here you queue article drafts that RankReactor writes in your brand voice.

Open the workspace

  1. Select the project in the sidebar picker.
  2. Choose Keywords & Content.
  3. Review tracked keywords, page-1 / page-2–3 coverage, and content ideas.

You can filter the keyword table by intent (for example informational vs commercial). Content ideas that already have a generated page are hidden so you can focus on unused topics.

Refresh keywords

Use Refresh when you want a new keyword snapshot. Refresh follows the same plan cooldown as other SEO metrics: Free waits for the scheduled refresh; Starter, Pro, and Ultra can run a manual refresh when the cooldown has passed. Ultra waits 8 hours between manual refreshes. Details: Analytics & SEO metrics.

Brand brief comes first

Create content stays blocked until this project has a brand brief. Generate or edit it in Settings → Brand & voice. See Projects & settings.

Generate content

  1. On Keywords & Content, choose Create content — or start from a content idea / keyword row.
  2. Confirm the target keyword. Optionally add secondary keywords, pick a content type (list article, buying guide, or pillar page), set a word count, and describe the goal.
  3. Submit. RankReactor queues the article against this project’s article allowance.
  4. The app opens Generated Pages so you can watch status move from generating to draft.

Article limits are per project and use UTC:

  • Free — 1 lifetime article
  • Starter — 1 article per UTC day
  • Pro — 3 articles per UTC day
  • Ultra — 5 articles per UTC day

If you hit the limit, wait until the next UTC day (or upgrade that project). Remaining quota appears near Create content, for example “4 remaining today”.

After a draft is queued

Open Generated Pages to read the body, publish, or rely on auto-publish. Publishing destinations and draft vs live mode are configured per project in Settings — not on the keyword table.
