UGC Video Marketing

Generate 9:16 portrait clips at 720p from your brand brief. Pro includes 3 videos per UTC month; Ultra includes 10. Failed runs do not use quota.

UGC Video Marketing creates short vertical review-style clips for the selected project. Output is 9:16 portrait at 720p (about 720×1280), roughly 10 seconds. Play and download ready videos in the list. You cannot delete videos from the dashboard — they stay on the project.

Who can generate videos

• Pro — 3 UGC videos per calendar month (UTC).
• Ultra — 10 UGC videos per calendar month (UTC).
• Free and Starter — this workspace is locked. RankReactor shows an upgrade CTA. Open the in-project Upgrade modal to move that project to Pro or Ultra. See Billing & plans.

Quota is counted on the project, for the current UTC month. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Brand brief and the generate form

Generate stays disabled until this project has a brand brief. Add or edit it in Settings → Brand & voice, then return here. See Projects & settings.

1. Open UGC Video Marketing on a Pro or Ultra project.
2. Choose Generate UGC Video.
3. RankReactor loads a prompt from the brand brief. Edit the prompt before you generate — it is required and fully editable.
4. Optionally set Ideal customer (who is speaking) and Product name (what they are reviewing). Changing those fields rebuilds the suggested prompt unless you already customized it.
5. Optionally attach a reference image (JPG or PNG) of a product or person. The image is optional.
6. Choose Generate. You can close the dialog; status updates in the list.

Play, download, and status

The list shows queued, generating, uploading, ready, failed, and published states. When a clip is ready, play it in place or download the file. There is no delete control — videos remain in the project list.

Failed generations do not use quota

If a run fails, RankReactor does not keep that attempt against this month’s allowance. You can generate again (until you hit the monthly cap on successful or in-progress videos). Ready and in-progress clips count; failed ones do not.

Publish destinations

Ready clips can go to your connected YouTube or Instagram, or to the Partner YouTube channel when that Settings toggle is on. Connect accounts and choose destinations in Social Connect & publish. Article CMS settings do not publish videos.
