Projects & settings
Switch websites, edit the brand brief, and manage project settings. Plans belong to the selected project, not your email.
Everything in the dashboard applies to the selected project. Metrics, keywords, generated pages, UGC videos, billing, and publishing destinations do not follow your login — they follow the domain you have open.
Switch or add a project
- Find the project picker at the top of the dashboard sidebar. It shows the current domain.
- Open the picker and choose another project to switch instantly.
- Choose Add Project, enter a domain (example.com or a full URL), and wait while RankReactor reviews the site and generates a brand brief.
You can keep several websites under one account. Each project has its own plan. Upgrading example.com does not upgrade another domain on the same email. See Billing & plans.
Open project settings
Choose Settings in the sidebar. Settings is split into four sections for the selected project:
- Billing & plan — see the current plan, upgrade this project, or cancel a paid membership.
- Brand & voice — view, edit, or regenerate the brand brief used for articles and UGC videos.
- Site integrations — Blog connection (CMS and webhook), Social accounts (YouTube and Instagram), Partner Blogger, and Auto Publish to Partner YouTube Channel.
- Project information — domain details and Delete project.
Brand brief
RankReactor generates a brand brief when you add a project. Articles and UGC videos use it for voice, ICP, and positioning. If a brief is missing, Create content and Generate UGC Video stay blocked until you generate one.
- Open Settings → Brand & voice.
- Read the brief. Edit it if the voice, offer, or audience is off.
- Regenerate if the live site has changed and you want RankReactor to rewrite the brief from the homepage.
After the brief is in place, continue to Keywords & Content or UGC Video Marketing.
Plan is per project
Free, Starter, Pro, and Ultra are attached to the project, not the email that signed in. Two domains on the same account can be on different plans. Article quotas, metrics refresh, and UGC video allowances are counted on the selected project only.
Delete a project
Delete project lives only at the bottom of Settings, under Project information. It is not in the sidebar picker. Deleting permanently removes that project’s data. This cannot be recovered.
- Select the project you want to remove.
- Open Settings and scroll to Project information.
- Choose Delete project, then Confirm delete.
